I’m autistic and it’s really triggering to watch it. I don’t want to juge if she is faking or not because you can never be 100% sure. I also don’t know much about Tourette syndrome although many of her ticks reminds me of some of autistic stimming and echolalia that is pretty common for us autistic people. So I personally sometimes stim uncontrollably in ways also hurtful and definitely annoying to me and I have tendency to vocalise thoughts like she said “beans!” or repeating words “no,no,no,no” (this one completely uncomfortable for me because mostly it’s happening when I’m overwhelmed). But well it’s sometimes also funny. If I got cent for every “watermelon” I said in past month I think I would be millionaire with my husband. 😂 My husband introduced me to eating fruits and I’m completely obsessed with eating watermelon and I just keep repeating it in a way I heard in some old vine. Yep, life with me is both funny and annoying. So my point is I can see a possibility that for example she wasn’t lying but she was just misdiagnosed. I don’t understand why people would fake something like that just as I don’t understand many human behaviours, I accept that it sometimes happens but I’ve seen also some autistic content creators getting a lot of hate and comments that they faking. And I think it’s just a fragile topic between exposing truth and hurting feelings of someone that really have some condition.
